Due to current COVID-19 situation, you can now change your shipping address up to 48 hours after placing your order.
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with a tracking number to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.
Shipping dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays.
Please note that special orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing time frame.
All our products are personalized. Some items have longer production days than others. These details can be found on the product pages and throughout the checkout process.
*Please remember that all custom items are made uniquely and CANNOT be rushed. Production time can take up to 12-16 business days due to each piece being individually made and inspected for quality assurance.
Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery is impacted by your selected shipping method, and does not account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES/SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
His & Her Dream Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the shipping carrier ONLY.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES
His & Her Dream Collection is not responsible for any shipping address discrepancies. It is up to the customer to provide the correct shipping information. If the address provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes after the order is fulfilled.
If your package is “return to sender” we will reship the item to the updated address. However, the Customer is responsible for the excess shipping costs. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any high fraud orders have automatically canceled NO EXCEPTIONS!
