Personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, they can either be returned for exchange or store credit.

Please reach out to our customer service if you wish to return an order. Please note that returns must be sent within 48 hours of delivery and must be approved by admin before return is finalized.

 

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Please note that after 2 hours, your order will begin to process and order can not be adjusted.
